4th of July Tablescape

I drew inspiration for this year’s 4th of July tablescape from this set of gingham melamine plates from Ballard Designs. Dining alfresco is a quintessential Summer time activity whether you’re having hot dogs and hamburgers or digging into a refreshing watermelon.

Blended this gorgeous gingham accent plate with the white and blue scalloped dinner plate and navy chargers from Kirkland’s. The rattan button napkin rings are also from Kirkland’s. Love the blend of natural elements including my favorite gold bamboo silverware. These are beautiful and a great weight.

Though this table setting is themed for the 4th of July it is so versatile for Summer and into the Fall decorating season. Blue accents are a timeless addition to year-round decor. I can see these plates used for bridal or baby showers, costal themed arrangements, and more. They’re perfect for everyday use, lightweight, and high quality.
