Always Eat After 7PM Diet Progress Check

I’ve been following this new way of eating for several weeks now and wanted to check in with you on my progress with the program: Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion.

After a couple of weeks committed to the program, I’m definitely seeing results on the scale and with my energy levels. I haven’t been exhausted mid-day or mindlessly snacking when I’m bored. I feel like I’m developing some really good and sustainable habits. While the scale has only moved about 4 pounds, it’s motivating me to keep pushing forward. But there’s a secret to these early results built into the diet program.

The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.

Bestselling author, Joel Marion, is a fitness expert and nutritionist debunking the myths underlying traditional dieting and offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program. Marion’s background in health and nutrition is what makes his plan, coupled with the evidence-based science cited in the book, WORK!

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets),” said Marion. “Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

Recipes like the Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet have made this diet, feel like it’s not even a diet. First, it’s delicious. Second, it is filling, enjoyable, and easy to make. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, convenience is a key component for diet success for me. If I have to get special ingredients or eat within certain hours or limit certain foods for long periods of time, I’ll eventually fail because it doesn’t fit into my routine lifestyle.
