One of my favorite new habits I’ve taken up as part of my Always Eat After 7PM journey is drinking lemon water first thing.

I’m enjoying the ritual of waking up in the morning and starting the day with hot lemon water. Just 10-15 minutes of silent personal reflection time coupled with a healthy jumpstart to the day.
